Feel successful - you are! Now think ahead to accomplishing the rest of your goal: "What do I have to do to reach 46 miles? Feel positive about what you are trying to achieve and never let yourself become negative. Feeling good about yourself mentally, spiritually and emotionally is something that is important and will contribute to the success that you experience in life. There are many things that affect the way that we feel on a day to day basis and our emotions can be very different and varied depending on the situations that we find ourselves in.

Feeling full of regret, boredom and frustration? Redirect your focus and decide what goals you want to achieve. Feel good about it and draw positive energy. Think about how you can leverage those accomplishments to take your career motivation forward in a good way.

Goals are extremely important. As a matter of fact, without goals, we will not achieve success. Goals are important because they never really end if you don't want them to. You can keep making adjustments to a goal that can fit anyone in any stage.

Success is really all about motivation . But where should your motivation come from? Success at anything important means change, it means becoming someone different, it means growing as a person - and all that stuff is really, really hard. Futzing around, on the other hand, rarely accomplishes anything important, so I can stay comfortably me .

BELIEF is the ingredient that creates MOTIVATION. MOTIVATION is the drive that leads us to DECISION. Belief systems are based in our unconscious, which is like a computer.. Successful people make choices. Or more accurately, successful people realize that every action involves a choice Inspiration, for me, comes from others who have achieved what I want to achieve, or who are currently doing it. I read other blogs, books, magazines.

Asking the right questions is more important than answers; the journey is what is most important. The best practices is to learn triumphs and failures through others. Ask for feedback and then use it to your advantage. Focusing on the progress made rather than the occasional misstep will put you in a better frame of mind to keep your goals in mind. Visualization and positive thinking shouldn't be underestimated; the power of keeping an optimistic attitude can take you far.

Along with the journey can come boredom, frustration, and discouragement. I don't know about any of you, but there are times when I definitely have had my "Are we there yet?" moments! Rather than thinking about quiting, think about how you can practise better. Think about how you can do things even better. Rather, set a more reasonable initial goal that you know you can reach. Once you have reached it, you can always set a new goal. Rather than chronological, try a thematic approach... Visualise it !! Start to really visualise yourself with your goals achieved. Start with one thing, and make it a habit.
